Build your pitch

Your pitch is the first impression a sponsor has of your project. Kindred gives you the structure, templates and stats you need to make it count.

What a strong pitch looks like

Sponsors decide in under two minutes whether a project is worth a conversation. A great pitch tells the story, proves the audience and shows the experience on offer — all in one place, in a single readable page.

The eight ingredients of a winning pitch

  • A clear, confident event or project name
  • A one-line tagline that captures the spirit
  • Type of event, format, dates and location
  • Participant numbers, geographic reach and total audience
  • A two-to-four sentence synopsis: what it is, who it's for, why now
  • Your aims and values — sustainability, inclusion, impact
  • A specific ask: tier, price, rights, activation
  • Strong visuals: logo, hero image and a couple of supporting shots

Tools we give you

  • Guided pitch builder with dropdowns for sector, scale and reach
  • Sector benchmark stats automatically layered into your pitch
  • Live on-screen preview as you type
  • One-click branded PDF export, ready to send
  • Save to your account so you can revisit and refine over time

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Burying the audience numbers three pages in
  • Vague asks like 'any support welcome' — be specific
  • Logo-only sponsor tiers with no real activation
  • No contact details on the front page
